Hello am here again to ask another setting question~

I know the setting page has stated that riftfarers have been happening for a while and the locals are used to it, but is there a specific timeframe where this started occurring? Or is it like a general sense of 'well it's always been a thing' if you ask the locals/read it from books etc.

And as a follow up to that, if it has been going on for a while, would there be locals in the game that are actually riftfarers that have settled in? Or I guess we can make the assumption is that they've all kind of left before us as the players/characters come into the picture.
