for the sake of construction times; are there construction firms/companies on the three leviathans? how amenable are they to working with riftfarers? how much do things cost if you're building something for someone else (should I fling points at Kaveh building a shelter?), but also, is magic and magitech used in that process? How quickly can new buildings go up? :|a
