Question for if I do go ahead with this. I get that abilities are suppressed until they figure out getting their tattoos, but in the case of the Devil Fruits for One Piece, would this still be applicable? In regards to Chopper's transformations/not being able to swim? In his case, Chopper ate one called the Human Human fruit, hence his more human-like appearance and ability to talk and transform, unlike regular deer in One Piece. Just curious on how that might work.
