Luckily, Shadowheart will still be able to feel Shar’s influence here in Escordvi and have access to her Shar-specific powers. But these will only be available to Shadowheart after she gains her tattoo. When she arrives she will not feel Shar until the magic tattoo has been applied.
As for the tadpoles, they are still inside the heads of the gang. But they are indeed in hibernation and will not negatively affect Shadowheart or the others. It’s up to your cast if you would like to change that someday!
